please fill out the corporate application.
Community Application
All other applicants please fill out the community application.
Step 1: *Please email or fax all applications to our Enrollment Specialist.*
*Beginning February 1st, 2025, a $57.12 non-refundable waitlist fee will be charged per family. This fee includes a 2% credit card fee. Applicants will not be added to the waitlist until we have received the waitlist fee. Your application can stay on the waitlist for two years from your original application date.*

- Type in $57.12
- Click the cart
- Add childs name and date of birth/expected due date. For unborn babies that may not have their names yet, you may put parents name and babies expected due date.
*We ask and encourage all families to take a tour while you are on the waitlist.*
